This site lets you join the Kento waitlist and, where available, reserve a launch benefit for a small pre-launch payment. Kento products, final pricing, launch timing, Kickstarter details, and availability may change before launch.

When you submit your name and email, you ask us to contact you about Kento, including launch notices, reservation details, Kickstarter updates, and related product information. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

The $1 reservation is a pre-launch reservation payment processed through Shopify or another payment provider. It is not a Kickstarter pledge, does not guarantee that a Kickstarter campaign will launch or fund, and does not by itself purchase a final product.

If offered, the reservation is intended to unlock the stated launch benefit, such as 20% off Kickstarter launch pricing and eligibility for the listed promo card, subject to campaign launch, product availability, and the instructions we send you.

The reservation payment is refundable until it is applied to a later purchase or pledge process. If Kento does not proceed with the relevant launch benefit, we will either refund the reservation or provide a materially equivalent remedy. To request a refund, contact legal@objkt.com with the email used for the reservation.

Images, pack counts, card lists, artists, rarity descriptions, packaging, prices, shipping options, taxes, and duties shown before launch are estimates or previews unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout. Final shipping costs, taxes, and import duties may be charged separately.

We use third-party services including Shopify for checkout, Klaviyo for email, Meta for advertising measurement, Kickstarter for campaign activity, and analytics or hosting providers. Their own terms and privacy notices may also apply when you use those services.

We collect the information you submit, technical information about your visit, and attribution data such as UTM parameters, referrers, and ad identifiers. We use this to operate the waitlist and reservation flow, send launch communications, measure ads, prevent abuse, and improve Kento. We do not sell your personal information.

The Kento name, site, artwork previews, product images, copy, graphics, and related materials are owned by or licensed to objkt AG or its licensors and artists. You may not copy, scrape, resell, or commercially use them without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and pre-launch information are provided as is. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability for a reservation is limited to the amount you paid for that reservation, unless mandatory law says otherwise.

These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Zürich, Switzerland have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply where you live.

We may update these terms as the Kento launch develops. The version posted on this page applies when you use the site or make a reservation.
